Tack Wei, an affluent mouth artist who practises Chinese ink and colour painting, strongly believes that artworks by disabled artists have a "realistic value". He says that, like any normal people, their works are indeed reflections of their lives, hopes and dreams. But naturally, the kind of happiness, satisfactions, pain, struggles and aspirations they feel are different, valuable and therefore special.

As a person who paints while holding on to his painting tool with the help of the muscles around his mouth, Tack Wei says that life has taught him two things: "Adapt and be flexible - always" and "No matter how bad it gets, a smile always helps". One should remember these before beginning to complain about the many petty assumptions and dissatisfactions in life.
