Wan is a kind and gentle soul with a passion for art.  A former client and now volunteer, at APSN Centre for Adults, Wan's talent was first discovered by the center's instructors. Convinced that the arts could provide a career path for Wan, they showed his work to staff from Very Special Arts Singapore.

Wan's art is inspired by nature and bright colours.  His work ranges from cheery depictions of butterflies and flowers over a blanket of colours, to cunning geometric designs that swirl hypnotically.  Wan spends his free time guiding clients at APSN Centre for Adults and sharing his talent with his peers.  His hobbies include nature walks, watching old Malay movies and cycling.
