Philip Lye is a vocalist and piano player who has more than 30 years experience performing for audiences all over Singapore.  His repertoire includes favourites such as "Words", "Summertime", "Another Saturday Night", and popular Malay folksongs such as "Madu Dan Rachun". Philip combines excellent musicality with charismatic showmanship to create wonderful performances for his audience.

Philip was born with visual impairment. His sensitive hearing and great musical touch allowed him to pursue his dreams as a musician. As a self-taught keyboard player and a gifted singer, Philip has not let his disability deter him from expressing himself and sharing his music with his audience. Philip has performed in various high profile corporate functions such as the Braun Bruffel 120th Anniversary Launch Event held in 2007 and the Yellow Ribbon Community HeARTS exhibition 2007.  He continues to play music for various corporate and private functions.

Philip Lye also provides music coaching for young musicians in the "Anglung" band at the Singapore School for the Visually Handicapped.
