Welcome to My World (WTMW) 2018 – an event with a Difference!
WTMW 2018 is not a variety show but a musical! Come and watch how the hope of a VSA artist-in-the-making becomes a reality. The musical stars our up-and-coming actors from Very Special Theatrics and some of the local artistes with disabilities who performed at the True Colours Asia-Pacific Festival in March 2018. It also will showcase our new partners like Clement Chow and Jazz Association (Singapore) (JASS).
Furthermore, it is not just an inclusive musical, it is an occasion where you get to see, feel, touch and learn how a person with disability sees, feels and learns.
Come and experience for yourself how a blind person sees the world around him. Come and learn how to sing with the deaf.Come and watch how an artist with autism creates art. Ask the questions that you have always wanted to ask about disability but never got to.
This musical is proudly brought to you by VSA Singapore. We believe that through art, people with disabilities are empowered and can contribute back to the society. Through the production of musicals/concerts/festivals, exhibitions and competitions, VSA Singapore aims to contribute to the development of understanding and inclusiveness to make our world a better place to live in through the celebration of the talents of people with disabilities.
